IRF Import Consolidation Center (ICC) and Trenton Warehousing Lead

Join Stellantis as an IRF Import Consolidation Center (ICC) and Trenton Warehousing Lead, overseeing critical supply chain operations at our Auburn Hills, Oakland County facilities. This full-time position leads the charge in managing international import flows and consolidation efforts that fuel North American manufacturing and assembly plants.

About the Role

You will direct operations for our Inter-Regional Flow (IRF) import consolidation center serving major Stellantis manufacturing hubs across North America. Managing the Trenton warehousing facility and coordinating with global suppliers, you'll ensure efficient movement of components, parts, and materials from international ports to assembly plants. This is a leadership role that demands operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily operations of the import consolidation center and Trenton warehouse facility
• Oversee receiving, sorting, quality verification, and redistribution of international shipments
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate logistics with international partners
• Optimize warehouse layout, inventory management, and material handling processes
• Lead and develop warehouse teams to meet performance and safety standards
• Monitor shipment flows to North American assembly plants and manufacturing facilities
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs procedures, and company policies
• Track KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput and reduce delays

What We're Looking For

• Proven warehouse management or supply chain operations leadership experience
• Strong understanding of import/export logistics and international freight handling
• Experience managing consolidation centers or large distribution facilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing supply chains preferred
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
