About the Role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in studio sales transformation, you'll partner with enterprise organizations to reimagine how they approach sales strategy, structure, and execution. You'll take ownership of complex transformation engagements, guiding clients through organizational change while delivering measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead sales transformation projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring clients achieve their desired business outcomes
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including go-to-market approaches, channel optimization, and sales process redesign
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders, translating strategic vision into actionable transformation roadmaps
• Guide teams through organizational change, addressing resistance and building adoption across the client's sales organization
• Analyze sales operations, performance metrics, and market dynamics to identify transformation opportunities
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to building capability within EY's sales transformation practice
• Partner across EY service lines to deliver integrated solutions tailored to each client's unique needs
