Labcorp seeks an experienced Medical Transcriptionist Team Leader to join its operations in Huntington, Fairfield County. About the Role

The Medical Transcriptionist Team Leader serves as a vital bridge between frontline transcription staff and department management at Labcorp. You'll combine your transcription expertise with leadership skills to oversee team operations, ensure quality standards, and support the broader laboratory mission of delivering accurate diagnostic information to healthcare providers.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the medical transcription department
• Lead your team through established transcription processes and quality procedures
• Support laboratory specimen preparation and processing for analysis and testing
• Guide team members in maintaining accuracy and productivity within departmental standards
• Collaborate with management on quality assurance and compliance initiatives
• Help identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiency

Schedule and Work Environment

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one Saturday shift monthly. Based in Huntington, Fairfield County.
