About the Role

This is a leadership position within IBM Consulting focused on advancing strategic technology partnerships around IBM's Red Hat alliance. You will engage with Fortune 500 and mid-market enterprises, translating complex technology landscapes into actionable transformation roadmaps. Your work bridges IBM's consulting capabilities with Red Hat's platform expertise to deliver hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence solutions that address real business challenges.

What You'll Do

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients, identifying technology modernization and cloud transformation opportunities
• Lead consulting engagements that integrate Red Hat technologies into comprehensive hybrid cloud and AI strategies
• Guide cross-functional teams through complex technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with industry specialists to architect solutions tailored to banking, manufacturing, government, and other sectors
• Translate client business objectives into technical roadmaps centered on hybrid cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence capabilities
• Represent IBM at executive-level discussions and partnership events throughout the Fairfax County and broader US markets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading consulting or technology partnership initiatives in enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud platforms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software deployment
• Familiarity with Red Hat technologies, OpenStack, Kubernetes, or related enterprise open-source platforms
• Experience translating technical concepts for C-suite and executive stakeholders
• Strong track record managing complex, long-term client relationships and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment
