About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to collect patient blood and specimen samples for diagnostic analysis at our Jeffersonville location. You'll work in our patient service center where precision, accuracy, and compassion are essential every day. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts.

What You'll Do

• Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques and established safety protocols
• Prepare, process, and label specimens according to laboratory standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate patient records, specimen documentation, and chain-of-custody procedures
• Ensure all work areas and equipment meet infection control, safety, and compliance standards
• Provide professional, patient-centered care and respond compassionately to patient concerns
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare teams to support quality patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Phlebotomy certification or license as required by Indiana state regulations
• Demonstrated ability to collect blood specimens accurately and efficiently
• Strong communication skills and genuine commitment to patient care
• Attention to detail and meticulous adherence to laboratory protocols
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and work in a patient-facing setting
