LifeStance Health is hiring a Clinical Testing Neuropsychologist (PhD/PsyD) for our Franklin Lakes office in Bergen County, New Jersey. Join our growing mental health team as a full-time neuropsychologist providing comprehensive assessment and evidence-based care to adults and pediatric patients.

About the Role

As a Clinical Testing Neuropsychologist at LifeStance Health, you'll be essential to our clinical operations, delivering specialized neuropsychological evaluation and cognitive assessment services. This full-time position allows you to leverage your diagnostic expertise with diverse patient populations while contributing to integrated mental healthcare across the Bergen County region and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Administer and interpret comprehensive neuropsychological assessments across adult, pediatric, and lifespan populations
• Evaluate cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning using evidence-based standardized instruments
• Synthesize complex assessment data into clear clinical findings and treatment recommendations
• Generate detailed clinical reports documenting diagnostic impressions and functional outcomes
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain rigorous clinical documentation and regulatory compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology or related field with specialized training in neuropsychology
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a psychologist in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
• Hands-on clinical experience conducting neuropsychological testing and evaluation
• Proficiency administering and interpreting standardized neuropsychological test batteries
• Deep commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative team orientation
