About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician, you'll perform comprehensive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on Audi vehicles using advanced tools and technical expertise. You'll work on everything from routine service to complex electrical and mechanical repairs, taking ownership of each job from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where your technical knowledge and attention to detail directly impact vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Audi vehicles across all model lines and generations
- Perform scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, fluid services, and component replacements
- Execute complex repairs involving engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems
- Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and technical resources to resolve problems accurately
- Document work orders and maintain detailed service records
- Communicate technical findings and repair options to customers clearly
- Collaborate with team members to meet service timelines and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid Audi Master Guild Technician certification (or equivalent advanced Audi training and experience)
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong knowledge of Audi electrical systems, engines, and drivetrain components
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanning tools and technical service bulletins
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer-quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and ability to relocate to Greenville, Pitt County
- Genuine passion for European automotive excellence
