Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time / PRN

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a part-time or PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our neuro rehabilitation team in Waltham, Middlesex County. In this role, you'll deliver home and community-based occupational therapy services to patients with neurological conditions, helping them reclaim independence in the everyday activities that define their quality of life.

About the Role

This part-time/PRN position is part of our Rehab Without Walls neuro program, a model built on real-world outcomes rather than clinical limitations. You'll work directly in patients' homes and community settings, addressing the functional goals that matter most to them—self-care routines, cognitive engagement, safety, and meaningful participation in daily life.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' occupational needs and design individualized therapy plans focused on practical, home-based goals
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in home and community environments
• Coach patients and families on adaptive strategies for daily tasks, safety, and cognitive engagement
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support comprehensive neuro rehabilitation
• Work flexible part-time and PRN schedules to fit your availability

What We're Looking For

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
• Experience or strong interest in neurological rehabilitation and home health therapy
• Ability to assess and treat functional limitations across cognition, motor skills, and activities of daily living
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Adaptability to diverse home and community settings
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
