Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift- Vineland ,NJ

Dwk Life Sciences seeks an experienced Production Supervisor for our 3rd shift operation at our East Vineland manufacturing facility in Cumberland County, New Jersey. This is a full-time role where you'll lead operational excellence and drive quality across our precision laboratory product production.

The Opportunity

As Production Supervisor on the 3rd shift, you'll manage night-time production operations at our East Vineland plant, where we manufacture precision glassware and specialty laboratory products serving research institutions and production environments worldwide. This leadership position offers the chance to develop and motivate a production team, ensure safety compliance, and optimize output during critical overnight operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the 3rd shift production team to meet daily output targets and quality standards
• Monitor production line operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment reliability
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all shift operations
• Track production metrics, document performance data, and report to management
• Address shift-specific challenges and make operational decisions independently
• Train and develop team members on processes, safety, and continuous improvement
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and shift staffing requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong understanding of production systems, equipment operation, and quality control
