About the Role

As a Service Coordinator with Retirement Housing Foundation, you will be the trusted link between residents and the services that improve their quality of life. Based on-site at Lackland Air Force Base, Bexar County, this is a hands-on, immediate opening for a compassionate professional who excels at assessing needs and mobilizing community resources. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess each resident's individual circumstances and identify the support, care, and services that best meet their needs.
• Connect residents with appropriate local providers and arrange access to relevant community-based services.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with area service organizations and community partners.
• Plan and deliver health and wellness initiatives that promote independent, healthy living for residents.
• Serve as an advocate for residents, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are addressed.
