As a Barista at Liberation Coffee Co., you'll be the heart of our customer-facing operations. This is a full-time position where you'll master the craft of espresso-based and specialty drinks while building genuine connections with our community. What You'll Do
- Prepare premium hot and cold beverages to exact specifications, ensuring consistency and quality with every order
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with care and precision
- Maintain an organized, sanitary work station and follow all health, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Provide friendly, professional service to every customer who walks through our door
- Handle transactions accurately and support the overall smooth operation of our café
