Senior Field Service Technician

White Cap is hiring a Senior Field Service Technician for our Round Rock, Williamson County location. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to deliver expert technical support and field service excellence in an exciting, growing environment.

About the Role

As Senior Field Service Technician at White Cap, you'll be at the front line of our customer service mission, providing hands-on technical expertise and reliable support. You'll diagnose and resolve equipment issues in the field, manage service requests professionally, and mentor junior technicians. In this role, you'll combine deep technical knowledge with strong problem-solving skills to keep customers' operations running smoothly while Building Trust on Every Job.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in field settings
• Respond to service calls and complete work orders promptly and professionally
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Document service activities, parts used, and findings accurately
• Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices and safety
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through knowledgeable, dependable service

What We're Looking For

• Proven field service or technical repair experience, preferably in a senior capacity
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
