About the Role

As a Barista with CA - Better Buzz UTC Headquarters, you'll craft specialty beverages, build customer relationships, and contribute to the vibrant café culture our Scottsdale location is known for. What You'll Do

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, manual brews, and specialty beverages with consistency and precision
• Operate espresso machines and other café equipment responsibly and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and recommend menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your bar station and work area
• Support teammates during peak service hours and collaborate to meet daily goals
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management
