As a Leasing Agent at our Raleigh property, you'll be the welcoming face of Campus Apartments, LLC—greeting prospects, showcasing our homes, and turning interest into signed leases. What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging property tours and unit showings, highlighting amenities and floor plans
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and warmth
• Walk prospects through applications, leases, and move-in procedures
• Process deposits, manage documentation, and maintain accurate leasing records
• Coordinate move-in appointments and provide ongoing support to new and current residents
• Build strong relationships with prospects and residents to foster community connection
• Stay current on unit availability, rental terms, and community incentives
• Collaborate with your team to meet occupancy goals and leasing objectives
