What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance

• Support clients with activities of daily living while promoting independence
• Maintain organized, accurate care documentation and client records
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and day-shift team members about client status
