EY is hiring a Senior Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer in Ridgeside, Hamilton County. This is a full-time opportunity to architect and deliver enterprise-grade customer analytics solutions that drive business impact across global teams.
About the Role
As a Senior CJA Developer at EY, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics environments. You'll work directly with stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust analytics architectures, guide junior developers, and establish best practices that scale across complex enterprise deployments.
What You'll Do
- Design and configure Adobe Customer Journey Analytics instances, data connections, and event schemas to support multi-channel customer insights
- Build and optimize calculated metrics, segments, and dimensions that unlock actionable intelligence from customer data
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights to business stakeholders and executives
- Troubleshoot complex data issues, validate data integrity, and ensure reporting accuracy across organizational touchpoints
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align analytics strategy with customer experience goals
- Mentor and develop junior team members, establishing coding standards and documentation practices
- Stay current with Adobe CJA features and emerging analytics methodologies to keep EY solutions competitive
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience with Adobe Analytics platform and Customer Journey Analytics specifically
- Deep expertise in data modeling, segmentation logic, and metric configuration within CJA
- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and real-time data ingestion concepts
- Strong SQL and analytical skills with ability to validate and troubleshoot data pipelines
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and driving process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
