GSK is seeking a Director, Oncology Translational Medicine Project Manager to lead strategic biomarker and diagnostic initiatives across our global Oncology portfolio. This full-time position is based in Upper Providence, Delaware County, and offers the opportunity to drive scientific innovation at the translational stage of oncology drug development.

About the Role

As Director of Oncology Translational Medicine Project Management, you will oversee a cross-functional team responsible for integrating and executing biomarker discovery and diagnostic strategy across GSK's oncology programs. You will serve as a critical bridge between scientific operations, project management, and alliance management functions, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of translational medicine initiatives that support our pipeline advancement and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of biomarker and diagnostic programs within the Oncology Translational Medicine department
  • Manage cross-functional teams spanning scientific operations, project management, and strategic alliance functions
  • Oversee integration of translational strategies across GSK's global Oncology portfolio
  • Drive execution timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment for biomarker development initiatives
  • Partner with external collaborators and internal teams to accelerate diagnostic strategy implementation
  • Monitor program progress and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
