About the Role
As a Mobile Notary with Certified Mobile Notary Service, you'll be the trusted professional who brings notarial services to clients wherever they need them. You'll travel throughout Edmond, Oklahoma County, and surrounding areas to meet clients at convenient times and places, performing document authentication with accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Authenticate and notarize a wide variety of legal documents, including mortgage documents, loan agreements, deeds, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, affidavits, and business contracts
- Verify client identity and ensure all signatories meet notarization requirements
- Travel to client locations throughout Edmond and the greater Oklahoma City area to perform notary services
- Maintain detailed records of notarized documents in compliance with Oklahoma notary regulations
- Respond promptly to client requests and build a reputation for reliable, efficient service
- Provide professional guidance on notarial requirements and document authentication procedures
What We're Looking For
- Current Oklahoma notary public commission (or ability to obtain certification immediately)
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma notary law and document authentication standards
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Edmond and Oklahoma City area
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with legal documentation
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain proper notary records
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
