What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling dry van freight on assigned regional or over-the-road routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with FMCSA regulations
- Maintain accurate logs using an electronic logging device (ELD)
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery windows
- Load and unload freight as required and secure cargo to DOT standards
- Uphold Transland's standards for safety, professionalism, and on-time performance
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A commercial driver's license
- Clean driving record with a strong safety history
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Solid understanding of Hours of Service rules and ELD compliance
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to consistent home-weekly scheduling
- Experience in dry van trucking preferred, though qualified newer drivers are encouraged to apply
