• Accurately document every interaction in the appropriate systems, maintaining thorough and consistent records
• Escalate complex or unresolved situations to the right teams while keeping customers informed throughout
• Meet and sustain performance targets around quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Full fluency in both Spanish and English — reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Prior experience in a customer service, contact center, or client-facing role
• Strong active-listening and problem-solving skills with a calm, professional phone presence
• Comfort navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
• A dedicated, distraction-limited home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
