Epic Radiant and Cupid Specialist

Deloitte is hiring a full-time Epic Radiant and Cupid Specialist to join its Project Delivery team based in Saint Bernard, Hamilton County — bringing deep healthcare IT expertise to enterprise imaging implementations that make a measurable difference for health system clients.

About the Role

As an Epic Radiant and Cupid Specialist at Deloitte, you'll serve as a subject matter expert on Epic's radiology and cardiology information system modules, guiding health system clients through configuration, optimization, and go-live activities. This position operates under Deloitte's Project Delivery Talent Model, which means you contribute as a dedicated specialist without the heavy travel burden typical of traditional consulting engagements — giving you more time to focus on high-impact technical work within a team-oriented setting.

What You'll Do

• Configure and build Epic Radiant and Cupid module workflows tailored to each client's clinical and operational requirements
• Lead discovery sessions and workflow analysis to translate radiology and cardiology department needs into system design decisions
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test scripts to validate build accuracy
• Provide go-live command center and at-the-elbow support for Epic Radiant and Cupid implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including clinical informatics, interface engineers, and third-party imaging vendors
• Document build decisions, training materials, and post-go-live optimization recommendations
• Support upgrade readiness activities and Epic version update assessments for Radiant and Cupid environments

What We're Looking For

• Active Epic certification in Radiant, Cupid, or both — current certification strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Epic's enterprise imaging modules in a healthcare or consulting environment
• Solid understanding of radiology information system workflows, DICOM standards, and cardiology department operations
• Proven ability to facilitate working sessions with clinical stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable build tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a complex, multi-workstream project setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for both technical teams and clinical end users
• Comfort working collaboratively in a structured project delivery environment with defined milestones and deliverables
