Commercial Lines Account Manager

About the Role

As our Commercial Lines Account Manager in Pennsburg, you'll be the backbone of our account management operation. Working directly with our producers and agency partners, you'll manage a dynamic portfolio of commercial insurance clients, handle daily account operations, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and customer care.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewals and seamless policy administration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on policy questions, endorsements, and account updates
• Coordinate closely with producers to support business development and client retention efforts
• Process commercial insurance applications, quotes, and policy changes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Review policies and client coverage to identify service opportunities and cross-sell potential
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and database management
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, building long-term relationships

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a commercial lines account manager, account executive, or similar customer-facing insurance role
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage types, and underwriting basics
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office
• A commitment to customer service and building meaningful client partnerships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
