About the Role

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you'll serve as the trusted advisor to our commercial clients, ensuring their insurance coverage evolves with their business. What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and cultivate strong, long-term client partnerships
• Evaluate client business needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance products and coverage solutions
• Coordinate with underwriting and internal teams to process policies, manage renewals, and handle policy changes
• Communicate coverage details, policy terms, and important updates to clients via phone and written correspondence
