PNC is hiring a full-time Product Manager II – Business Credit Cards to join our team on-site in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, where you will shape credit card products that help businesses grow and manage their finances with confidence.
About the Role
As a Product Manager II – Business Credit Cards at PNC, you will own the strategy, development, and ongoing performance of business credit card offerings. Based in Charlotte, you will collaborate across teams to deliver products that meet customer needs while advancing the company's goals. This position is on-site and full-time, giving you the chance to work closely with colleagues who share a commitment to creating an outstanding experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for PNC's business credit card portfolio.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into product features and enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, risk, technology, and operations to bring products to market.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure products comply with applicable standards and support PNC's broader business objectives.
