About the Role

As a New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Aveanna Healthcare, you will provide skilled in-home nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse and physician care plan. This on-site, full-time position in Trooper, Montgomery County is designed to help new graduates build confidence and clinical experience while making a genuine difference in patients' daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, patient-centered private duty nursing care in the home setting
• Follow individualized care plans developed with the supervising RN and physician
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and document care accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and the care team
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards on every visit

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license
• Recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
