Focus on crew leadership, route efficiency, OSHA-style field safety, customer service under complaint pressure, and basic fleet/equipment troubleshooting. No certification package is specified for this listing.

Be ready to walk through how you prioritize safety vs. route pace, handle an injured or no-show crew member mid-route, document service failures, and communicate with residents about missed collections—grounded in public-sector accountability, not private hauling alone.

Strong fit if you already lead outdoor crews, tolerate early physical shifts, and want stable municipal service work. Less ideal if you need remote work or dislike weather, traffic, and public scrutiny during budget-constrained operations.
