About the Role
As an Instructional/Special Education Paraprofessional with Centennial School District 12, you will work directly alongside classroom teachers at Centerville Elementary to assist students across general education and special education programs. This is a structured, school-day position running 4 hours each day, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with an anticipated start date of August 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group instructional support to students under the guidance of certified teaching staff.
- Assist learners enrolled in both general education and special education programs at Centerville Elementary School.
- Help reinforce lessons, classroom routines, and learning objectives throughout the morning schedule.
- Support a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment that promotes student growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet the diverse needs of each student.
Qualifications
