About the Role
This residency welcomes newly licensed nurses into structured cohorts launching across Vermont and northeastern New York throughout the summer and fall of 2026. Depending on your assigned unit and health partner affiliate, start dates fall in June, July, August, September, or October 2026. The program is built to help early-career nurses develop the clinical judgment, hands-on competencies, and professional behaviors essential for success in their first practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care under the guidance of experienced clinical mentors.
- Apply nursing knowledge and skills to real-world situations on your assigned unit.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program, anticipated in May 2026.
- Eligibility for nursing licensure in Vermont and/or New York.
- Willingness to relocate to or commute within Vermont or northeastern New York for an on-site, full-time position.
