FORDLAND CLINIC is hiring a Patient Service Representative in Turners, Greene County — a full-time, in-person role offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for the professional who sets the tone for every patient experience.
About the Role
As a Patient Service Representative with FORDLAND CLINIC, you are the welcoming presence patients encounter first — the voice that answers the call, the smile at the front desk, and the person who shapes that critical first impression of our clinic. This full-time position is split across two of our locations: two days each week at our Springfield, MO office and two days each week at our Fordland, MO office, serving the greater Turners and Greene County community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly in person and over the phone, creating a positive and reassuring first point of contact
- Coordinate front-desk operations across both the Springfield and Fordland clinic locations
- Assist patients with inquiries, check-in, and scheduling needs in a calm, professional manner
- Represent the values and standards of FORDLAND CLINIC in every patient interaction
- Support the care team by keeping front-office communication accurate and efficient
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both face-to-face and by telephone
- A friendly, patient-focused attitude and dependable, professional demeanor
- Willingness and ability to work on-site across two locations — Springfield, MO and Fordland, MO
- Organization and attention to detail in a busy clinical front-office setting
