About the Role

As a Senior Consultant within EY's Studio practice, you will lead the design and optimization of marketing workflows powered by Adobe Workfront Fusion. This Tampa-based position centers on connecting systems, eliminating manual effort, and enabling diverse teams to operate more efficiently as part of EY's broader marketing transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Translate marketing operations requirements into scalable, technically sound automation solutions.
• Connect Workfront with adjacent marketing and creative platforms to streamline end-to-end studio processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and deliver continuous workflow improvements.
• Provide senior-level guidance, documentation, and best practices to support adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Workfront and, specifically, Workfront Fusion integration and automation.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing operations, marketing transformation, or studio/creative production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map complex processes into automated solutions.
• Consulting-level communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse, distributed teams.
• A senior-level track record of delivering technology-driven workflow improvements.
