Key Responsibilities
- Prepare common legal documents clearly and accurately for individuals, families, and business clients
- Provide mobile notary services by traveling to each client's preferred location across San Antonio and Bexar County
- Verify identification, witness signatures, and complete notarizations in line with Texas requirements
- Explain the document process to clients in plain, approachable language
- Maintain organized, confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Deliver prompt, affordable, professional service that reflects the company's come-to-you approach
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing and reviewing paperwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently and managing a mobile schedule throughout Bexar County
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel to client locations
- Active Texas notary commission, or willingness to obtain one
- A professional, courteous, customer-focused manner
