About the Role

As a Claims Examiner focused on New York No-Fault PIP files, you will take ownership of complex claims from intake through resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, evaluate, and adjudicate New York No-Fault PIP claims in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage litigated files, partnering with defense counsel and coordinating strategy on contested claims.
  • Review medical documentation, billing, and supporting records to determine coverage and benefit eligibility.
  • Negotiate and resolve claims fairly, accurately, and within authority limits.
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and timely communication with all parties throughout the claim lifecycle.

Qualifications
