As a Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) in Golden City, MO, you'll provide hands-on, person-centered support that empowers the individuals you serve to thrive at home and in their community. No prior experience is required — Firefly, a Brightli company, offers free, paid training, so the most important qualification is a genuinely caring heart. This is a part-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and household routines that promote dignity and independence.
- Encourage participation in community, social, and employment-related opportunities.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships that support each person's individual goals.
- Follow individualized support plans and document services accurately.
