Key Responsibilities

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely, professional deliveries.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and Decker safety procedures on every haul.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of six months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Valid commercial driver's license appropriate for the equipment.
  • Willingness to learn flatbed handling, including load securement and tarping (training provided for motivated drivers).
  • Commitment to safe driving practices and dependable on-time service.
  • Ability to work a full-time regional schedule based out of Byron, Olmsted County.
