Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cashier and front-end activity to keep transactions accurate and lines moving smoothly
- Deliver the warm, knowledgeable service our shoppers count on, offering helpful advice along the way
- Support and coach fellow cashiers, sharing best practices and answering questions on the floor
- Handle register operations, balance drawers, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism

Qualifications
- Open to current Sunshine Ace Hardware associates only (internal candidates)
- Available for a full-time schedule with flexibility across shifts
- Prior cashier or retail experience and comfort operating a point-of-sale system
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, customer-first attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to lead by example
