About the Role

As an Anti-Money Laundering, Officer at State Street, you will own the client AML and KYC periodic review process in our Quincy, Norfolk County office. Partnering closely with senior leaders and fellow managers, you will make sure that every review assigned to you satisfies the applicable regulatory standards and is completed with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the periodic review cycle for client Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) files.
• Confirm that all assigned reviews fully align with current regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior and peer managers to coordinate priorities and maintain consistent review quality.
• Apply working knowledge of the rules governing the client AML and KYC regime to assess and document risk.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the regulations shaping client anti-money laundering and know your customer obligations.
• Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements across a portfolio of client reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and the discipline to meet review deadlines.
• Experience in a client-facing role is considered an advantage.
