About the Role

The TO Action Line position sits at the center of the vacation ownership sales experience. You will step in as the closing authority, guiding prospective owners across the finish line while simultaneously building the capability and confidence of the front-line sales team around you. This is a high-impact, floor-level leadership role where your performance directly shapes both revenue outcomes and team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary turnover resource on the sales floor, engaging prospects at the critical decision point to advance and close vacation ownership transactions
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives — identifying skill gaps and delivering real-time feedback to raise individual and team performance
  • Partner in recruiting efforts to attract qualified sales talent to the Pigeon Forge location
  • Oversee daily sales floor operations, maintaining pace, energy, and process adherence throughout each shift
  • Track and analyze individual and team metrics, using data to guide coaching conversations and adjust tactics
  • Uphold Hilton Grand Vacations' standards for guest experience and ethical sales conduct at every stage of the buyer interaction
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on strategy, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven background in vacation ownership, timeshare, or comparable high-involvement sales environments
  • Demonstrated success in a TO or closing role with a measurable track record of conversion performance
  • Hands-on experience mentoring or leading a sales team — you motivate by example and lift others as you advance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly with both prospects and colleagues
  • Comfort working a dynamic, fast-paced sales floor with varying schedules
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • A results-driven mindset balanced with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
