About the Role

As Senior Director of Business Development, you will drive the expansion of KBR ISA (Integrated Solutions Americas), the business unit that provides integrated, end-to-end engineering, procurement, and project and construction management services. ISA serves a broad portfolio of sectors, including refining, LNG, midstream, chemicals and petrochemicals, oil and gas, power, and industrial infrastructure, with capabilities spanning proprietary technology, consulting, and energy transition. This on-site position in Kansas City positions you at the center of pursuit strategy and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow KBR ISA's presence across energy and industrial infrastructure markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within refining, LNG, midstream, chemicals, oil and gas, power, and related sectors.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead capture planning and positioning for proprietary technology, consulting, and energy transition offerings.
