As the Sourcing & Procurement Management Metals Center of Excellence Lead Senior Manager, you will direct a specialized hub of sourcing expertise focused on the metals category. Based on-site in Morristown, Morris County, you will partner with clients and internal teams to design sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier relationships, and unlock measurable value across complex procurement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the metals Center of Excellence, setting direction for sourcing methodology, governance, and best practices.
• Develop category strategies that balance cost, quality, risk, and supply continuity across the metals portfolio.
• Guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end procurement cycles, from market analysis to supplier negotiation and contract execution.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, translating their objectives into actionable sourcing roadmaps.
• Coach and mentor procurement professionals, raising capability across the practice.
• Apply data, analytics, and emerging digital tools to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement management, ideally within the metals or related industrial categories.
• Proven leadership of teams or centers of excellence at a senior manager level.
• Strong command of category strategy, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at every level of an organization.
• Analytical mindset paired with the communication skills to turn insight into action.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Morristown, Morris County.
