About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for an exceptional Writer and Editor. This is a remote role open to candidates in Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Spain, the UK, and the USA.

In this position, you'll take ownership of long-form content strategy and execution, working across multiple internal teams to produce compelling written materials that engage key audiences. You'll set editorial standards, shape the organization's voice, and ensure technical and business concepts are communicated with clarity and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial strategy for the company blog, including writing original content and editing submissions from cross-functional teams
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and analyze internal updates to identify compelling stories and insights
• Transform complex technical and business information into accessible, engaging content
• Establish and maintain the organization's house style and editorial voice across all written materials
• Develop keynotes and speaking remarks for senior leadership that resonate with audiences
• Build and manage a network of freelance writers and editors to scale content production
• Collaborate with growth, product, research, engineering, and partnership teams to support their communication needs

What We're Looking For

• Professional background in journalism, editorial work, or long-form writing, with preference for candidates who have covered AI, technology, or audio industries
• Exceptional writing ability across multiple formats and audiences
• Strong editing skills with the ability to reshape content while maintaining the author's intent and voice
• Strategic understanding of content distribution and how to optimize writing for target audiences
• Demonstrated track record of owning and improving editorial output, not just contributing individual pieces
• Genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence and passion for explaining complex technology to diverse audiences
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
