What This Role Involves

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is driving innovation in the tech and operations sector. You will contribute to our global impact by managing contracts, optimizing processes, designing workflows, and supporting general legal needs. Your responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing our digital contract management system, creating standard templates, playbooks, and self-service tools, structuring legal inquiries, automating administrative procedures, ensuring knowledge is up-to-date and accessible, and providing support in daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Pflege und Optimierung des digitalen Vertragsmanagement-Systems
• Erstellung und Pflege von Standardvorlagen, Playbooks und Self-Service-Tools für andere Fachabteilungen
• Hilfe bei der Strukturierung juristischer Anfragen und Automatisierung administrativer Abläufe
• Sicherung, dass unser juristisches Wissen (Wiki, Intranet) stets aktuell und für alle Stakeholder auffindbar ist
• Unterstützung bei der Prüfung einfacher Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen (NDAs) und Dienstleisterverträge
• Bereichsübergreifende Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft und Vorbereitung von Schulungen

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an advanced degree in Law (Jura) or Business Law (LL.B./LL.M.). You should have successfully completed at least the 2nd semester of your studies. A strong understanding of IT law, data protection (GDPR), copyright and general civil law is essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and an ability to share ideas and contribute to decision-making.
