What This Role Involves

As a Werkstudent in Sales, you will be an integral part of our global technology development team. You will represent our services nationwide and proactively engage with potential new customers as the first point of contact for our products through outbound calls in German. Your responsibilities include:

• Initiate proactive outbound calls to generate leads
• Plan and schedule demo presentations with sales managers
• Handle sales-related correspondence via email and phone
• Create sales documents such as offers, presentations, and contracts
• Contribute to the administration of data quality in our CRM tool
• Support process optimization across departments by facilitating communication
• Diligently document your sales activities and KPIs within our CRM tool

Core Duties

Your core duties will include:

• Proactively engaging with potential customers through outbound calls in German
• Planning and scheduling demo presentations for sales managers
• Handling sales-related correspondence via email and phone
• Creating sales documents such as offers, presentations, and contracts
• Supporting data quality administration within the CRM tool
• Assisting in process optimization across departments by facilitating communication

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports/Fitness, Marketing, Business Administration (BWL), Computer Science, or a related field
• A genuine interest and passion for outbound sales and entering new markets
• Experience with CRM tools is advantageous but not mandatory
• The ability to work autonomously and take on high levels of responsibility
