The Opportunity

Middy’s Electrical is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to join our team in White Gum Valley. As the Counter Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by engaging with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stock shelves and ensure the counter area is well-presented
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

What You Bring

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a retail or counter sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Basic knowledge of electrical products is advantageous but not mandatory
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
