Parts Counter Sales

United Construction & Forestry is hiring a Parts Counter Sales professional for our Allenstown location in Merrimack County. This is a full-time position where you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking equipment parts and service items across commercial, construction, agricultural, and consumer operations throughout the region.

About the Role

As Parts Counter Sales, you'll manage our parts operation with a focus on delivering expert service and accurate order fulfillment. You'll work directly with contractors, farmers, equipment operators, and maintenance teams who depend on fast, knowledgeable assistance to keep their operations running.

What You'll Do

• Provide knowledgeable parts recommendations to walk-in and phone customers
• Maintain and update the parts inventory system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Process parts orders efficiently, ensuring correct part numbers and customer specifications
• Assist customers in identifying the right components for their equipment and needs
• Answer technical inquiries about parts compatibility and applications
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to support customer satisfaction
• Keep the parts counter organized and stocked with frequently requested items

• Experience in parts sales, counter service, or related customer-facing roles
