About the Role
As a Visitor Services Representative I, you'll be the first point of contact for guests visiting our South Boston location. This part-time role combines interpersonal skills with a passion for conservation as you welcome visitors, answer questions about our programs and facilities, and create memorable experiences that foster deeper connections to the natural world.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
- Provide clear information about exhibits, programs, activities, and Mass Audubon's conservation mission
- Process admissions, memberships, and answer questions about visiting our South Boston property
- Assist with visitor flow, facility logistics, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Represent Mass Audubon's values and commitment to environmental stewardship in every interaction
- Support conservation education by engaging visitors in our environmental programs and initiatives
