About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established fashion retail organization in Germany seeking a Sales Director (m/w/d) to lead operations across multiple locations in the Recke area. Our client operates several fashion houses with a strong regional presence and a commitment to customer experience excellence. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for multi-site operations and substantial team management.

Responsibilities

• Primary accountability for 3-5 fashion retail locations
• Lead, motivate, and develop up to 100 team members across all sites
• Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences at point of sale
• Expand the organization's partner network within your territory
• Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvement across all locations
• Ensure operational excellence and continuously optimize processes across all stores
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and the sales management team on strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in consultative retail environments
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and motivating teams
• Strong command of sales metrics, profitability indicators, and data-driven decision making
• Entrepreneurial mindset with clear focus on customer satisfaction, employee development, and financial performance
• Excellent communication skills with an approachable, reliable, and respectful demeanor
• Positive energy and ability to inspire people toward common goals
• Openness to change and strong drive to shape outcomes
• Above-average commitment and hands-on mentality
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• German language fluency required for this role
