About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential retail client in Recke seeking a Social Media Manager to join their marketing team. This is an on-site role available in full-time or part-time capacity. You'll be a visible presence on social channels, creating engaging content and connecting with a fashion-focused audience.

Responsibilities

• Appear regularly on camera as a face of the brand's social media channels
• Manage and maintain daily operations across social media platforms with primary focus on Instagram
• Support planning and production of Reels, Stories, and feed posts
• Edit video content using CapCut or similar tools
• Publish content and handle community management across channels
• Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
• Plan and support marketing events

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or comparable training in a relevant field (marketing, communications, media)
• Demonstrated experience in social media management, influencer relations, video editing, and content production
• Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends
• Comfort and natural presence on camera with ability to engage audiences authentically
• Creative eye for visual storytelling, composition, and platform-appropriate content
• Self-directed, reliable, and highly organized working style
• Willingness to work on-site in Recke
• German language proficiency required for this role
