Venture & Growth Finance Associate (Multi-City)

Join DLA Piper as a Venture & Growth Finance Associate in one of our US office locations. This is a full-time position supporting the firm's Venture & Growth practice through financial analysis, deal support, and strategic project execution across multiple cities nationwide.

About the Role

The Venture & Growth Finance Associate serves as a critical business partner within DLA Piper's Venture & Growth subgroup, providing analytical rigor and financial insight to support client transactions, strategic initiatives, and operational decision-making. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the firm's growth trajectory and client success.

What You'll Do

• Prepare financial models, analyses, and valuations for venture capital and growth equity transactions
• Support due diligence efforts by compiling, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data
• Develop presentations and executive summaries for client-facing deliverables and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and track portfolio performance metrics, regulatory compliance requirements, and deal milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams across multiple office locations to ensure seamless project delivery
• Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives within the finance function

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for diverse audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial work
• Demonstrated interest in venture capital, growth equity, or corporate finance
