Winner Rh is hiring a full-time Assistente de Operações Logísticas to join our on-site logistics team in the US, supporting the daily flow of cargo, deliveries, and fleet oversight that keeps our operation moving.
About the Role
As an Assistente de Operações Logísticas at Winner Rh, you will sit at the center of our shipping and receiving activities in the US. This is a hands-on, on-site position focused on accurate cargo handling, documentation, and the day-to-day coordination of drivers and vehicles. If you enjoy detail-oriented logistics work and thrive in a structured operational environment, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify cargo loaded onto trucks for both inbound and outbound shipments, including the handling of 1.8m cylinders.
- Receive incoming trucks and carefully check delivered and dispatched materials against records.
- Issue the corresponding invoices (Nota fiscal) for each movement of goods.
- Complete safety checklists to confirm vehicles and loads meet operational standards.
- Inspect and confirm the proper functioning of in-vehicle interior cameras.
- Track and monitor the routes and progress of drivers working in the field.
- Manage cost control on a per-cylinder-delivered basis to keep operations efficient.
Qualifications
- Practical experience or strong interest in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations.
- Comfort with physical cargo verification, including handling large cylinders.
- Attention to detail for invoicing, checklists, and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to monitor fleet activity and coordinate with drivers in the field.
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow safety and operational procedures on-site.
