About the Role

As an Unarmed Security Officer in our Flex Officer (Guarding) program, you'll provide essential protective services across assigned locations. This full-time position offers schedule flexibility while maintaining stable employment, making it ideal for security professionals who value adaptive shift options alongside consistent work.

What You'll Do

• Patrol and monitor assigned premises, observing for unusual activity and potential security concerns
• Control facility access, verify credentials, and maintain accurate entry documentation
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and law enforcement when needed
• Document incidents and daily activities in detailed, accurate written reports
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients and the public
• Adhere to all security protocols and company safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Ability to successfully complete background investigation requirements
• Strong observational and written communication skills
• Physical capability to patrol assigned areas on a regular basis
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with scheduling
